Current Residents – less then 5 acres
  • Anyone in ICH who has an onsite system installed on a lot under 5 acres will need to have an advanced onsite system that is designed and constructed to appropriately function on less than 5 acres of land. For those lot owners who have an onsite system on lots under 5 acres in ICH, they will need to provide documentation to prove their onsite system is an advanced onsite system. The documentation needed is:

  • Proof of soils testing conducted by a licensed soil scientist on their lot in ICH

  • Proof of an advanced onsite system designed specifically for their lot in ICH

  • Proof of Morgan County Health’s review and approval of that advanced onsite system

  • Proof of Morgan County Health’s permit/approval to install the system

  • Proof of the ICHPOA Board’s approval of the installation of the system (if available)

  • Proof of the system being properly installed to the approved design’s specifications on the lot by a licensed installer

  • If the lot owner cannot provide all of the necessary documentation, they will need to have their system inspected and evaluated to determine if it is appropriately designed, installed, and functioning properly. If it is, it may be considered acceptable. If it found to not be designed, installed, and functioning properly, the lot owner may be required to replace the system or the lot may not be approvable to have an onsite system at all. This will be handled on a lot-by-lot basis.

Copies of documents will need to be emailed to ICHPOA2013@gmail.com or Mailed to the association
